​​Update from Co.Lab Fellowship

​After 5 weeks of skill-building and research the first deliverable is done. Blog posts that outline the learning journey from a starting problem statement to a revised one via the twists and turns of user interviews. We'll publish them on RnDAO blog soon.

​This week we looked at how to map a problem space, who the players are, what the inputs and outputs are and gave a sneak peek of our final deliverable draft.

​The services unit is experiencing a burst of coherent energy as recent newcomers align around the strategic purpose and potential, taking on work to accelerate the launch of a business. This week we start next phase of our projected operating rhythm: a weekly strategy meeting. Our team is focused on two relevant streams: the Community of Practice Calls and the roadmap to "opening the shop" for providing organizational design consulting services.
