• A campaign to test if companies seeking senior talent are open to trialing strong mid-level devs.
• Conversations with a founder struggling to attract talent on minimal fiat + equity.
• Prototyping a tool to streamline project creation and enable direct developer applications.

Fair AI

This week, Fair AI focused on launching two targeted outreach campaigns:

• A reactivation campaign for manufacturing company leads who had previously shown interest.
• A dedicated campaign targeting companies attending K 2025 (the major plastics industry trade fair in Düsseldorf, Germany) where the team will be present next week.
