Fair AI
Expanding Reach and Opportunities
Fair AI is continuing to build momentum on multiple fronts. Their LinkedIn campaigns are maintaining strong traction, providing greater visibility and engagement with the target audiences. Building on that success, the team is planning to launch additional campaigns to further expand their connections.
These efforts, combined with a focus on upcoming manufacturing events, are keeping Fair AI on track to strengthen relationships and create new opportunities aligned with their goals.

Progress from Last Week
- Secured new hiring insights – Contribo had direct conversations with founders and engineering managers to clarify their real pain points around developer hiring (quality vs. wasted time in pipelines).
- Refined outreach approach – The team tested different message angles (pain discovery, paid gigs as filters, pipeline flips) and gathered feedback to improve positioning.
- Built supporting assets – They created visuals and copy (LinkedIn/Twitter carousels, gig breakdowns, landing page clarity) to make communication sharper.
