🎙 Podcast Feature: DAO Swarms

Why do so many Web3 projects fall short—even with funding?‍

TogetherCrew

How AI is Changing Relationships, and Where Humans Still Matter Most

Last week, the TogetherCrew team joined a compelling X Space discussion on how AI is impacting human relationships. It was a powerful conversation that explored how AI can be leveraged to enhance human connection, coordination, and collective work. Here’s a quick rundown of some key perspectives shared by TogetherCrew Co-Lead, Daniel:

  • Use AI for navigation, not direction: let it assist in finding answers, but it shouldn’t override human intuition and agency.
  • AI as the knowledge management layer of communities: it can surface buried conversations, support onboarding for newcomers, and ease fatigue from repetitive Q&A.
  • Don’t fake the human touch: no bots pretending to greet people. “We refuse to fake the welcome.”
  • Draw the line: the real question isn’t what AI can do, but what it should do.

Whether someone is building in Web3 or simply curious about AI’s role in a community, this X Space is worth a listen.

Collabberry

New from Collabberry: Trace the Value Before the Money Arrives

How can teams honor contributions before revenue, tokens, or funding show up?

Collabberry just launched a new explainer on TeamPoints (TPs) — a trust-based primitive that helps teams track accountability and prepare for fair distribution from day one.

TPs are already being used to record peer-reviewed contributions across DAOs, collectives, and open-source projects. If you're building in public, this tool is for you.

  • Go big or go home – use big gestures and project your voice to keep people engaged.

Training Development

The team is planning to host a series of workshops on Ethical AI in collaboration with the Women in Blockchain Talks community. The sessions will explore three main areas:
