TogetherCrew

Unlock the Power of Community: Mastering the Art of the AMA

Running a killer AMA (Ask Me Anything) event is one of the most underrated growth levers for Web3 founders, builders, and community leads. However, not all AMAs are created equal—most are forgettable, while a few spark momentum, deepen trust, and even go viral. So, what makes the difference?

TogetherCrew’s Co-Lead has broken it down in their latest article: How to Do an AMA

From preparation to measuring impact, you'll find tips for each step. Whether you’re launching a project, reviving community vibes, or looking to get your name out in the ecosystem, this one’s for you.

Your next AMA shouldn't just fill space; it should drive results.

Feel free to share these opportunities with anyone who may be a good fit.

SimScore

Your Community Thinks, SimScore Listens

In communities and organizations, written feedback is everywhere, but making sense of it all is hard. SimScore is designed for groups that need to turn messy, subjective input into clear, collective insight.

It’s a perfect fit for DAOs, where governance depends on forum discussions and proposal feedback. It also supports research teams, public consultations, and companies navigating organizational change. Whether dealing with open-ended survey responses, forum debates, or community comments, SimScore helps groups discover what their members really think, without losing nuance or getting lost in noise.

SimScore is also now supporting proposal analysis for Arbitrum DAO. Over the next three months, the team will help surface the most representative written feedback from the community, turning long forum threads and diverse comments into clear, actionable insights for proposers and delegates.

Fair AI

Shifting Gears

Fair AI’s outreach campaign is underway, and the team is now shifting gears to accelerate.

Early conversations have been invaluable—helping them sharpen their understanding, refine their message, and better articulate where Fair AI creates the most value. With that clearer positioning in hand, they are expanding efforts to reach more of the right people.

This next phase is about momentum and focus: deeper engagement, broader reach, and continued learning in the open.

More updates will follow soon. Stay tuned!

WE.LIVED.IT

Team

  • WE.LIVED.IT has recruited Seyi Akiwowo as an advisor to the project. Seyi is the Founder of Glitch, a UK charity working to make digital spaces safe for all by ending online toxicity. Before founding Glitch, Seyi was elected as the youngest Black female councilor in East London. She personally experienced online toxicity when a video of her speech on Colonialism at the European Parliament went viral. Seyi will support the team with community building.

Product

  • WE.LIVED.IT. now supports Llama models as well.
  • The team has been demonstrating the difference between model outputs with and without community context. One nuanced example that was correctly classified as toxic after adding context to the model was the phrase “Make me a sandwich.” This phrase is a well-known misogynist meme, often perpetuated by influencers such as Andrew Tate. While generic moderation tools typically miss it, with added context, WE.LIVED.IT can successfully identify and filter such content for any community that chooses to block misogynist material.

CONTRIBO

Get matched with your next opportunity based on skills, not keywords

Contribo has created a complete proof of concept that demonstrates what the realization of their long-term vision could look like. The team is currently iterating on their presentation and pitch deck, while also finalizing an MVP that will allow users to sign up and provide data about their development skills—enabling matching with available opportunities.
