TogetherCrew
SingularityNET Grant to Build Reputation System for DAOs
TogetherCrew has been awarded a grant from SingularityNET’s Deep Funding program to develop a powerful new Reputation & Voting Weight System designed specifically for decentralized communities and DAOs.
This system will enable communities to move beyond flat voting models by introducing dynamic voting weights based on members' reputation, contributions, and trust signals. The goal is to make governance more representative, resilient, and merit-based, without compromising decentralization. This milestone marks a significant step forward in TogetherCrew’s mission to foster healthy coordination and fair participation in Web3 ecosystems.
The team extends sincere thanks to the SingularityNET community and expert reviewers for believing in their vision and supporting innovation in decentralized governance.

FairAI
Increased Connections from the Manufacturing Industry
FairAI has generated five new leads from the manufacturing industry. The team has already held a productive call with one of the leads and has two in-person meetings scheduled. Meetings with the remaining leads are currently being arranged, as the team looks forward to exploring potential collaborations that address key challenges in manufacturing.
In parallel, FairAI’s “learning in public” initiative on LinkedIn is gaining strong momentum. Engagement has been excellent, and the conversations sparked have been highly encouraging. Those who haven’t seen the latest post are invited to check it out and join the discussion.
WE.LIVED.IT
WE.LIVED.IT conducted an exploratory data analysis on Arbitrum’s general chat using various NLP methods. The aim was to understand community toxicity and assess alternatives to large language models (LLMs).
Key observations:
- There was a considerable change in the type of toxicity over time.
- In 2022/2023, there were cases of slurs, threats, and sexual harassment with significantly higher intensity than in 2024/2025.
- In 2024/2025, the main type of toxicity shifted to scams and bots.
- An interesting method used by the team to explore toxicity involved pairing sentiment analysis with topic analysis—a technique that can yield valuable results across a variety of language models, not just LLMs.
- In 2024/2025, the messages with the strongest negative sentiment were associated with topics related to scams, bots, and technical problems.
Next, the team will explore how these findings can inform feature development.
CONTRIBO
This week, Contribo synthesized insights from an extensive user research phase, including interviews with technical leaders and developers across both Web3 and traditional tech. The findings reveal strong validation: founders are frustrated with existing talent platforms due to issues with quality and cost, while developers spend excessive time sifting through irrelevant opportunities. Notably, there is a clear willingness to pay and strong demand for progressive engagement models that begin with bounties and evolve into long-term relationships.
The team is currently developing their pitch deck based on Guy Kawasaki's template and will focus next week on refining the competitive landscape and MVP specifications. Contribo is open to connecting with technical founders facing outsourcing challenges or developers seeking more meaningful opportunities. You can reach out to @JuanRah or @alexusnavas on Telegram to connect.
