FairAI
Elevating Connections
FairAI is currently optimizing its LinkedIn presence through a “learning in public” initiative. The team has already shared several posts offering insights into their experiences and challenges in building FairAI.
In addition, they are enhancing their outreach strategy to connect with relevant professionals in the manufacturing industry. Their goal is to engage with as many connections as possible and promote discussions around the potential of AI in manufacturing.

WE.LIVED.IT
WE.LIVED.IT has been engaging with individuals and gathering insights on experiences of toxicity in online spaces:
- Community managers have expressed frustration with the opportunity cost of managing toxicity. What innovative questions go unasked when comment sections are turned off during live events out of fear of toxic behavior?
- Individual project contributors have indicated a desire for community moderation strategies that align more closely with a project's values.
The team is conducting exploratory data analysis of Arbitrum’s general chat on Discord to understand:
- How community members interact
- What moderation or intervention looks like
- How these dynamics have changed over time
- The usefulness of LLMs compared to other machine learning tools
CONTRIBO
CONTRIBO has defined several hypotheses based on insights gathered from interviews with engineering managers, talent acquisition professionals, and HR personnel. The team is now developing a strategy to systematically test these hypotheses.
Key hypotheses include:
- Users prefer instant job matches over browsing job boards
- The quality of matches is more important than the quantity
- Users are willing to connect their GitHub/LinkedIn accounts to get better matches
