Meetwith

Thanks to the quality feedback they received, the Meetwith team fixed a group scheduling issue.

Previously, Meetwith didn't recognize when users had marked multiple consecutive days as unavailable in their calendars. This allowed meetings to be scheduled during their absence.

However, the bug has now been fixed. The team appreciates the feedback, as it helps them improve quickly!

Collabberry

New on Mirror: Web3 as the Internet of Agreements‍

From smart contracts to sovereign coordination, Web3 is rewriting how people align, act, and reward. In this piece, the Collabberry team explores how they are building the human layer of Web3 — where peer-to-peer agreements become data, and fair distribution becomes the norm. Read the article here.

New Features Developed‍

Over the last month, Collabberry has been improving its beta product. The platform now includes two important new functions to help people in organizations receive fair, retrospective rewards for their contributions.

  • Manual Allocation
Has a team been contributing outside the Collabberry platform (e.g. tracking efforts in a spreadsheet)? With this new feature, it's now possible to easily integrate those past contributions into the team-Point system in a simple and smooth way.
  • Material Contribution
Are individuals bringing extra value to a project—such as covering infrastructure costs, digital tooling, or business travel to meet key partners or investors? This feature enables teams to account for those contributions effortlessly while applying the org multiplier as an incentive.

Collabberry’s beta product is still free to use. It's a great time to try it out before the upcoming pricing model goes live. Check it out!

🧑‍💻 Hackathon Continuation Program Updates

CONTRIBO

This week, CONTRIBO:

  • conducted 2 additional interviews with an Engineering Manager and a founder
  • expanded their outreach efforts, messaging over 60 people

One highlight was a conversation with an Engineering Manager from a $150M-funded company. He challenged CONTRIBO’s problem statement, arguing that outsourcing dynamics differ significantly on platforms like Toptal (which charges a 50% fee). His view: the primary innovation opportunity lies in undercutting Toptal’s pricing model rather than reinventing the service structure.

While this feedback offers a valuable corporate perspective, the team is exploring how web3-native solutions—beyond pricing—could address pain points for smaller teams and DAOs, an angle that larger, resource-heavy companies may overlook.

FairAI

FairAI – Exploring AI Solutions for Manufacturing and Retail.

FairAI had two great conversations this week with CEOs — one from a plastics manufacturer, and another who operates multiple supermarkets under a major retail chain. Both are looking to integrate AI into their operations, and the team is now preparing proposals to bring smart automation to manufacturing and retail.

If you know any CEOs in these industries, FairAI would appreciate an introduction!

WE.LIVED.IT

This week at WE.LIVED.IT:

Community Conversations‍

The team engaged with organizations like Celo, HerDAO, and GoodDollar to explore:

  • The role of community-led content moderation in protecting brand reputation
  • Community wellbeing and management in web3 ecosystems
Key insights:
  1. While the impact of online toxicity on brand reputation is hard to quantify, it’s frequently acknowledged anecdotally—indicating a felt effect.
  2. Community-led moderation tools offer much-needed flexibility for aligning with community values.
  3. Moderation isn’t about silencing voices—it’s about enabling communities to define and uphold healthy boundaries.

Defining Toxicity in Online Spaces‍

WE.LIVED.IT developed a mini scoring system to help projects identify and discuss signs of toxicity in their online spaces.

Workshop Delivery‍

Facilitated a session with the FIXX community on Community Health and Inclusion, highlighting three core metrics:

  • Values Alignment
  • Psychological Safety
  • Low Toxicity
